Dates Soaked in Ghee Recipe

Dates soaked in ghee is a must for new mamas! This traditional Ayurvedic remedy is packed with benefits, helping to balance blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and boost overall vitality. It pacifies vata dosha, eases anxiety, strengthens bones, and supports a healthy heart. Plus, it rejuvenates the body’s deepest tissues, fortifies immunity, and brings a soothing sense of wellbeing.

This is one of my favorite Ayurvedic recipes to enhance Ojas—our vital essence and the most intricate tissues. Enjoy a spoonful of this heavenly combo daily, especially during those crucial first 10 days and beyond. Trust me, your body and spirit will thank you!
